The project "Suriname Competitiveness and Sector Diversification" has an official complaints procedure.

The community is given the opportunity to report their complaint(s) through the Grievance Redress Mechanism, abbreviated GRM, when situations arise that negatively affect them. This is a system in which complaints related to the project are received and solutions are sought as best as possible.

Important: • All complaints received will be registered. • Each complaint shall be investigated within a time limit set for that purpose. • For each complaint, the most appropriate solution is sought. • In the meantime, the complainant will be informed about the progress of the proceedings.
